Vincent had started off his day the same as any other, he woke up freakishly early out of habit, took a shower as hot as the flames of hell, and put on a nice dress shirt, black pants, and a vest. He had an apple for breakfast, leaning over his sink staring out the window, and picked up the paper. As usual, some awful accident had occurred. He sighed quietly as he scanned the list of casualties, and then choked on his apple. “Vincent Johnson”, he read, about halfway through the list. Wow, that must be a common name! He almost laughed a little, but had a moment of silence for the man nonetheless. With a name like that, he must have been an amazing citizen. After finishing his apple, he threw on his nicest coat and decided to visit the park. It had become one of his favorite spots in the town as of late, for reasons he would never say out loud. He strolled through the park for a while, enjoying the green landscape view as opposed to the bland building he had to spend most days in, and then he spotted Verner. Immediately the nerdy rabbit man ran over to him, practically bouncing up and down as he greeted, “Hi, Vern! How’s it going?”
